Downing Lays Wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery

Junior Robert Downing was involved in laying wreaths at the graves of America's fallen heroes. He made the trip to Arlington National Cemetery to take the time to honor those who have served. USV is proud of Robert's willingness to recognize the work of the brave men and women who have sacrificed for our country.
