Dear USV Community,

With Governor DeWine’s announcement that the school building closure will continue through the end of the 2019/2020 school year, we will continue to educate students in the same manner as the last several weeks.  With this announcement, some changes have been made to the education plan moving forward:

Monday, May 4 – Work will be dropped off and picked up in the same manner as April 13.  This will take place from 2pm to 7pm.    Please enter the parking lot by the fieldhouse and we will have two stations, one for dropping off work and one for picking it up.

Tuesday, May 19 – We will be collecting all work and school owned equipment (this includes chromebooks) and supplies.  This will be between 1pm and 6pm. All teachers will be present if students would want to come along and wave.

Wednesday, May 20 – Friday, May 22 are make-up days to complete any work not completed.  Arrangements can be made to turn this make up work into the school by calling (419)757-3231.

The meal delivery will remain the same, Mondays between 12pm and 2pm.    The last delivery will be on Monday, May 18.  If you need added to this list, please call the school (419)757-3231 and we will get you added.

We will also have some canned foods available during the pick up times while supplies last.

On our last pick-up day, we had 97.4% participation, and we are aiming for 100% participation on both Monday,

May 4 and Tuesday, May 19 with your help.  Thank you again very much for assisting in your students’ education.

Thanks to families for your efforts during this difficult time.

Educationally,

Craig M. Hurley
