Kindergarten Registration
We are excited to begin registering incoming kindergarteners to USV! Please register your child for kindergarten online by visiting the following link:
Kindergarten screening will take place on:
Tuesday, July 27th, 2021
12 noon until 7 pm
Wednesday, July 28th, 2021
8 am until 2 pm.
NOTE: Students must be 5 years old by August 1st
You will need to bring a Birth Certificate, Shot Records,
Social Security Card, 2 Proofs of Residency and
Court Custody Papers (if applicable) at your assigned
appointment in July.
We will call you with an appointment time in July.

Directions for Kindergarten Registration
MUST be 5 before Aug. 1
Go to usvschools.org or take a picture of the QR code to go directly to the form.
We will still need to get a copy of the Birth Certificate, Social Security card, Shot Records, 2 Proof of Residence (this can be utility bill, purchase/rental agreement, Driver’s License, pay stub) and Court custody papers if applicable. These items will be turned in at the in-person registration in July.
